Exchange-Only Policy

At Tickling Toe, we are committed to ensuring your happiness and satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds for any transactions, we are happy to assist you with exchanges for eligible products.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • We accept exchanges for size issues or if the product arrives damaged.

Proof Required:

For damaged items or size issues, please provide clear images and a video of the product unboxing so we can verify the condition upon receipt.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at ticklingtoes24@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and proof (photos/videos).

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 7 days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a damaged or defective product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important:

We are here to help you in every possible way with exchanges and replacements, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
